The magazine Archivio Storico Ticinese was founded in the 60’s by historian Virgilio Gilardoni and publisher Casagrande. Since the first issue the layout has never been changed. In 2012, the editors asked the studio to rethink the magazine’s format, grid and characters. The size has become more agile, minimizing waste and shipping costs but maintaining the number of characters per page. The new grid allows giving more prominence to images. The colours of the cover change from year to year.
